This is absolutely no problem! We are happy to accommodate you for however many hours you need – some of our customers even plan taxi tours that last for multiple days. Please reach out to our office to make your booking, or check out our Build your own Tour page to select a 4, 6, 8, or 10-hour time slot. We are here to help make your experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible.

Certainly! Your tour is completely customized to your preferences. You don’t have to have a set itinerary ahead of time – we can work that out once you book with us. If there are specific landmarks or attractions you’re excited to visit, that’s completely okay too. Just be sure to inform us of your priorities.

Feel free to reserve any of our standard 4-hour or 6-hour tours conveniently through our online booking system. Additionally, we are happy to customize any tour to fit your specific needs, whether it’s the duration or the starting point. If you’re looking for something unique, be sure to explore our build your own tour option, or reach out to our team and we would be more than happy to arrange something special for you.

All payments are made via our secure online payment system. If you prefer to pay in cash this will need to be agreed in advance, and a minimal deposit will be required in order to secure and confirm the booking.

If you need to cancel a tour with us, don’t worry! As long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the start time, you’ll receive a full refund (minus processing fees which is 10% ). And if something unexpected comes up or you’re running late, just reach out to us as soon as you can. We’re happy to be flexible and might even be able to reschedule your tour instead of cancelling it outright.

You’ll have plenty of time to experience all the amazing sights. We suggest setting aside at least 4 hours to take in as much of London’s beauty as possible, but we can definitely work with shorter schedules if time is limited.

We do not usually go into larger London attractions as it would take up too much of your tour time, although we may go into smaller buildings that are free to visit, such as churches. Attractions in London are very easy to visit on your own and many have their own qualified guides inside – we will be more than happy to make recommendations or drop you off at a specific location so you can carry on exploring London.
During tours outside of London, we will often visit destinations like Windsor Castle, Stonehenge. Blenheim Palace and Bath. Please note that entrance fees to attractions are not included in your tour. We are affiliated with many top attractions and will be happy to liaise with you to organise your tickets for you.

The price does not include any tickets. Please ensure you buy the tickets prior to the tour.
